INFORMATION ON DELIVERY AND PRODUCT RETURNS 

SHIPPING 

The order reaches the place of delivery inside 24 hours for most regions of Greece (from the moment you will be informed about the order delivery), while the time of delivery is increased up to 48 hours for innaccessible regions. For dispatches out of Greece it will be needed 3-5 days depending to the country where the products will be sent. We will notify the foreign client via relative e-mail for the exact time of the delivery. We use courier for both Greece and foreign countries so as to ensure the product delivery and for Greece we use also national post. Especially for countries out of Europe it would be preferable to contact us also by email before the ordering of the product, so as to give you full information on the cost of the dispatch. 

Imponderables: Factors such as mean weather conditions, strikes etc may delay your product delivery. You we will be informed via e-mail so as to tell us if you wish the completion of your order under these conditions. All details of your order will be confirmed by e-mail upon reception.

All delivery information will also be confirmed via e-mail with your courier tracking number.
 

Packaging safety:

All products are bubble wrapped and safely packed in boxes with polystyrene pieces for best protection from any damage during shipping.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you would like to cancel an order (totally or partially) you have to send an e-mail to info@tobaccostore.gr  before informing you that we have dispatched your order. After this time point the cancellation is not possible. 
 

 PRODUCT RETURNS


In order to avoid your personal inconvenience, check carefully at the moment of your order delivery whether the products are damaged (e.g. broken merchandise, type error etc). Returns are acceptable provided that the products you wish to return are found in the same condition in which they were received, that is to say without having been unpacked, but with the receipt or the invoice. Under no circumstances can we be considered as responsible for products lost during their return. For that reason, we suggest that you should return products back to us either via ELTA addressed forward or via COURIER SERVICES.  If you believe that the product you have received has any manufacture fault, please let us know within 10 days from the reception date and we will replace it for you with a good of equal value or we will return the money back within 30 days. We will inform you about the way it has to be returned. In such a case, you will have to return the product packaged, with the receipt or the invoice. It is your responsibility to return the products with security and without being more damaged, so please, package them in a secure way. When products are returned back to us, we will inspect them carefully so as to determine the damage or the fault. Please take into consideration that we cannot be considered as responsible for damages related to an abnormal way of use such as strikes etc. If we inspect that the damage was a result form an abnormal way of use, we will have to return the product back to you and to charge you with the delivery expenses. If we inspect that the damage is from the manufacturer, we are fully engaged either to correct it or to replace it. In that case, we will return you back any expenses you have been surcharged for delivering the product to us.

Returns because of an “undesired gift” or a “change of mind”, are only accepted in case the products to be returned back are in the same condition in which you have received them, that means without having been unpacked or package having been violated, with the receipt or the invoice. You have the right to return the products you have bought within 10 days from the delivery day and we can replace the product with item of equal value or give you the money back within 30 days. In this case you are only charged with the direct cost of the product return. You are kindly requested to take into consideration that we cannot accept products that their package has been violated. In such a case, they have to be returned back to you and you will be charged with the extra delivery expenses. In case you wish to return the products and depending on one side on the payment way and on the other side on the way you have returned the products, we can substitute the product with other item of equal value or refund you.
